Fees are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR). Payment terms are stated on each invoice; late payments may suspend work. Intellectual property in deliverables transfers to you upon full payment.

4. Client responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, required access, and timely feedback so that work can proceed on schedule.

5. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise agreed, we retain rights to our pre-existing tools and materials, and you own the final deliverables once paid for in full. Content you supply must not infringe third-party rights.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
