If you are not satisfied with your website, you may cancel within 30 days of your first payment — no penalty, no cancellation fee, no minimum notice required. After 30 days, the minimum contract term applies.
Terms Summary
Payment & Billing
Monthly fees are due at the start of each billing cycle. Late payment may result in service suspension after written notice.
Cancellation
Cancel anytime within 30 days of your first payment at no penalty. After this window, the minimum contract term applies. Early cancellation may attract a pro-rata exit fee for remaining months in the minimum term.
Client Responsibilities
You agree to supply all required content (text, images, brand assets) within a reasonable timeframe. Delays in supplying materials will delay project delivery.
Intellectual Property
All website assets become your property upon receipt of all payments. Dsign Hosting retains the right to include non-confidential work in its portfolio.
Hosting & Data
Hosting is provided on managed LiteSpeed servers with daily backups, SSL, and uptime monitoring. You are responsible for maintaining secure login credentials.
